  • Milind Soman wows fitness enthusiasts as he rides 65km from Baramulla in Kashmir to LOC near Uri and that’s all the inspiration we need to dust off our bikes and hit the road this Tuesday to do a workout cardio.

Even at 55, Milind Soman is at the top of Kashmir cycling and her latest photos quickly swept away our training procrastination. Bringing fitness enthusiasts down, Milind cycled 65km from Baramulla in Kashmir to the LOC near Uri and that’s all the fitness inspiration we need to dust our bikes off and hit the road this Tuesday.

Drawing on her social media, Milind shared photos that gave fans a glimpse of her vacation in Kashmir and an intense workout with the army jawans. While he earlier shared a video showing that an army was cut off from one of the jawans, Milind’s recent photo shows him cycling the valley road while donning a windbreaker, a pants and his signature chappals while riding his bike.

Milind accessorized her athleisure look with a helmet and a pair of sunglasses as a member of the military walked past. He sprung the caption: “A big thank you to the military for bringing up fun sports initiatives like this one in Kashmir and for inviting me and @ankita_earthy! (Sic).”

The former super model added: “65 km from Baramulla to Loc near Uri .. not a very long distance but ridden a distance like this after almost 3 years 🙂 had forgotten that biking can be fun and now as I remember, will plan a long drive !!!!!! (sic). ”

He concluded by issuing a challenge to the fans. It was written: “I will soon have a week off. … #newchallenge (sic). ”
